James Macdonald, owner and founder of Elite Golf NSW has been a member of the Australian PGA since 2005 and the Head Professional of North Turramurra Golf Course since 2010.
Elite Golf NSW has been the driving force in Golf Course Management in the community for over a decade and has been instrumental in the growth of the great facility we call Royal North.
James strives to offer an accessible environment by offering services that cater to everyone’s needs and budget, making North Turramurra extremely inclusive and one of the most accessible in Sydney.
James & Elite Golf NSW supported 2 local sporting organisations in the Community by sponsoring Northern Tigers Football Club & Hornsby Heights all age sides for the past few seasons and has built strong relationships with all stakeholders within those entities.
He has built a strong team of staff who are all equally passionate about the Golf Course and will continue to deliver a high level of customer service long into the future.

Michael Gannon

For over 17 years Michael has taught golfers of all levels to reach their full potential. Michael now works with Tour players, Golf Pro’s, aspiring amateurs and club golfers who are looking to perform to their optimum. Michael is a well-accomplished golfer in his own right, having competed in Australia and Asia before turning his hand to full-time coaching. Michael makes the most technical aspects of the golf swing simple for his students and believes good communication is the key to a player-coach relationship.

Bryce Hohnen
Bryce worked at The Royal Sydney Golf Club for the past 7 years, completing his PGA of Australia Traineeship there between 2016-2018. He continued working at Royal Sydney as Golf Operations Team Leader after his training.Bryce is passionate about coaching all skill levels including juniors.
He has learnt and gained experience from the Golf Professionals at Royal Sydney, his father Greg Hohnen (Head Pro –Killara Golf Club) and Michael Gannon (Head Teaching Pro - North Turramurra) his coach.

The Elite Golf NSW coaching team are now offering TrackMan golf lessons and club fittings. TrackMan provides data on every aspect of a players golf swing. By using this information our coaches can pinpoint areas of improvement and monitor progress. Coaches can also use this data to precisely fit clubs to each individual players specifications.
